HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?
Please allow 6-8 weeks for pre-order items to be processed and manufactured. To ensure the best quality, these items are made from scratch when an order is placed, and it takes time. We will keep you updated via email from the time you submit your order to the time it reaches your doorstep. We ask for your patience on pre-ordered products. At no point and time will Volare Amoré be responsible for lost or stolen packages once given to the carrier and tracking is provided.
WHY WAS MY CARD DECLINED?
Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One, we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV number of your card.
